A Letter From Our CEO

As a Korean-American immigrant in the United States, I have been given the opportunity to achieve the American dream and feel it is my solemn obligation to do everything I can to support our fellow citizens during these troubled times. This letter is a public statement reaffirming our dedication to this practice and that we will do what must be done to provide medical professionals with the supplies they need to practice their craft without fear of compromising their own health.

Currently, our staff is working day and night across five time zones to supply qualified medical supplies to U.S. municipalities, public and private hospitals, and nursing homes. We have visited dozens of manufacturers across Asia and negotiated on behalf of our clients to provide the very best personal protective equipment (PPE) that is available in the market today at the most aggressive rates possible.

As a member of the import/export community, I feel only great shame when I encounter my colleagues treating this situation as an opportunity to enrich themselves. Especially when countless medical professionals, including my sister, put their lives on the line to fulfill their oath as members of the medical community.

In these trying times, I am reminded of the last sentences of the Hippocratic Oath:

"So long as I maintain this Oath faithfully and without corruption, may it be granted to me to partake of life fully and the practice of my art, gaining the respect of all men for all time. However, should I transgress this Oath and violate it, may the opposite be my fate.”

There is much that my community can learn from these words.

If you feel like your organization is being squeezed by those trying to simply profit off this situation, we urge you to write to us. We are here for you and we will do what must be done to get you the supplies you desperately need.
